As soon as you received a message that your "Request for Return" status has changed please login to your account.
Navigate to "My Merchandise Returns"
Then click on "+" again and after it extends click on "Print Out". It will trigger your printer to print out a return slip. Alternatively, your computer may ask to save this PDF file first.
Follow the instructions therein and ship your merchandise using regular post clearly stating "MERCHANDISE RETURN.NO COMMERCIAL VALUE"
If you do not have a printer - no worries just mark your return number anywhere in/on a parcel. In this example: #000080
