You, the customer, are solely responsible for orders placed with your account. This also applies in cases where you have negligently facilitated a third party’s access to your account. Please take care to preserve your account security, and consider logging out if you have accessed the website from a shared computer. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or other breaches of security by emailing info(et)norwayshop.com.
Prices and Promotions
The prices listed on the website for our products will be as stipulated at the time when you place your order on the website. Prices are subject to change without notice. We are entitled to make adjustments to prices to take account of any increase in our supplier’s prices, or the imposition of any new taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price for the products on the website is wrong. In the unlikely case of a pricing error, Norway Shop AS reserves the right to unilaterally cancel any affected orders.
All purchases at Norwayshop.com are tax-free. Orders with delivery in mainland Norway may therefore not be fulfilled at Norwayshop.com. Please visit our domestic site NorwayShop.no if you wish to place an order with final delivery within Norway.
We frequently update our promotions both online and in our physical stores. From time to time, our stores may run special local promotions which may not be available on our website, or we may offer special discounts online that are not available in stores. Additionally, some website promotions may not be available to customers in particular jurisdictions.
When you place an order on our website we shall email you an order confirmation email. Our acceptance of your order does not take place until dispatch of the order, at which point the contract for the purchase of goods will be made.
Once you have checked out and you have received your order confirmation email you will not be able to make any changes to your order, so please make sure that everything is correct before you confirm and pay.
We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one or more of the following:
If there are any problems with your order, we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We will take all necessary measures to keep the details of your order and payment secure.
Goods are subject to availability. At times, merchandise may be sold out. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and suggest possible next steps (if none of these are accepted by you – we will, of course, run a full refund).
Norway Shop AS uses well-known, highly credible and secure third-party payment service providers to fulfill orders. These include PayPal, Stripe and Klarna (for selected markets). Norway Shop AS also accepts payment by direct bank transfer (for selected markets only); this method is subjected to additional handling time. Norway Shop AS shall in no event be held liable for any issues arising from third party services’ handling of customer payments.
Norway Shop AS complies with PCI DSS standards, uses secure servers and SSL security solutions. In addition, we rely on 3D-Secure verification to prevent us from fraudulent transactions. Thus, you are asked by our website for additional codes that you are unaware of – please contact your bank.

Product Information and Sizing
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mispublished, including prices and promotions.
All sizes and measurements are approximate and are provided by our suppliers. We do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Wool is an elastic material, and small discrepancies may occur. Please always refer to the size guide for clarification.

Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and Tracking
All our parcels are shipped using DHL Global Express services. Thus, it can always be tracked via DHL online tracking services.
Please note that your shipment may be divided into multiple parcels due to different dispatch locations or destination country regulations. In such cases, you will be informed of this by e-mail.

Your order will be normally dispatched within 1 business day, unless otherwise notified. During the low season (from about the middle of February to the middle of October), your order may take longer to ship. We do not ship at weekends, on Norwegian public holidays, or at Christmas or New Years Eve.
Fees, customs, and duties
Deliveries to your country may be subject to local tariffs, taxes, customs charges, and handling fees depending on the carrier chosen. Norway Shop AS will in no event be liable for charges arising from import duties, levies or other charges arising from import.
