Delivery Time

Normally we dispatch the orders within 1 working day, For more specific estimation please ask our customer service at info@norwayshop.com  During the low season (Mid-March to Mid-October), orders may take longer to ship. We are unable to ship on weekends, on Norwegian public holidays, or on Christmas and New Years Eve.

Please note that the provided shipping estimations are for the reference only. Longer shipment times may occur during December holiday season. Shipping services are provided by a third party, and as such, Norway Shop accepts no responsibility for delays.

Tracking information

For tracked and insured consignments, you will receive a tracking number by email upon shipment of your parcel. This number can be used to track your item at any time. Please note that it may take some time (sometimes up until 48 hrs) before your tracking link starts showing the movement of your parcel.

Please note that your shipment may be divided into multiple parcels. In such cases, you will be informed of this by e-mail.
When free shipping is chosen, the final choice of delivery method is at Norwayshop's sole discretion.

Please note that not all carriers (and postmen) request for a signature on delivery and this may vary from country to country. Therefore, by placing an order you consent that an excerpt from parcel's tracking reports will be treated as a sufficient proof of delivery. Please consult your local post office or DHL office for details.
